Optify was founded in 2018 by Pam Krulitz, Kris Carpenter, and Lisa Banks with a clear mission: to make leadership coaching accessible to more people. They launched the first version of the Optify platform and began partnering with innovative companies like Lyft and Deltek, helping them invest in their leaders through personalized coaching services.
After several years of growth and continuous platform enhancements, the founders expanded their vision. They introduced a subscription-based model, enabling other coaching providers and organizations to scale leadership coaching and amplify its impact.
Today, Optify continues to thrive, delivering 1:1 leadership coaching to hundreds of leaders annually. Meanwhile, Optify’s platform has empowered customers to support over 10,000 coachees, extending the reach of transformative leadership development.
