Her career spans corporate law, nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, and executive coaching, giving her a multidimensional perspective on what it truly takes to lead in complex, fast-moving environments.
At Optify, Lisa leads the design and delivery of the coaching experience. She curates and develops Optify’s global coach network, ensuring every coach meets the highest standards of excellence, and plays a key role in shaping how coaching translates into measurable leadership impact for clients. Known for her grounded presence and sharp insight, Lisa is deeply committed to helping leaders build resilience, clarity, and purpose in their work.
A longtime mindfulness practitioner and certified meditation teacher, Lisa integrates evidence-based practices into her approach to leadership development, helping leaders navigate pressure while staying connected to what matters most.
Lisa holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communications and International Relations from the University of Virginia. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and serves as a mentor coach and facilitator with Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
