Pam Krulitz
Co-Founder & CEOPam Krulitz is the visionary behind Optify’s platform, bringing together decades of experience in both technology and leadership coaching to reimagine how organizations develop their people at scale.
With a career that spans building and exiting a successful IT services company and coaching senior executives for more than 20 years, Pam saw firsthand the gap between the demand for coaching and the ability to deliver it effectively. Optify was born from that insight: a platform designed to make high-quality coaching more accessible, measurable, and scalable across organizations.
Pam’s unique ability to bridge business strategy, technology, and human development has shaped Optify into a category-defining solution for leadership growth. She remains deeply involved in product vision, client partnerships, and the ongoing evolution of how coaching is delivered in modern organizations.
Pam was also a longtime faculty member in Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program, where she has helped develop the next generation of coaches. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the College of William & Mary and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
