Archetypes reveal the underlying patterns that shape motivation, decision-making, and behavior. Working with this lens builds Narrative Intelligence, which is the ability to recognize and shift the stories that influence leadership, team dynamics, and culture. Participants will explore how these patterns show up across Me, We, and Us, gaining insight they can immediately apply in leadership or coaching conversations.
