Vanessa Defournier is an executive coach known for her communication and engagement skills, her intercultural awareness, and her deep understanding of the impact change can have on individuals and organizations. Fluent in four languages (English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese), Vanessa is well versed in business and cultural dynamics. Vanessa has worked in international institutions and companies, including the Inter-American Development Bank, for over 15 years. She has been sought after by leaders at all levels who want better business results, the skills to lead effectively, and a more balanced personal and professional life.

Vanessa has an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and an MS in International Affairs from Sciences Po in Paris, where she also received her BA in Political Science. She is certified in Leadership Coaching by Georgetown University.
