Tom blends his 25+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive and coach to help leaders make better decisions around their purpose, priorities, people and management.

As a coach, Tom works with leaders across levels and industries, including private sector CEOs and C-suite leaders, social entrepreneurs in nonprofits, and senior-level government executives. He also works across cultures, supporting leaders in more than a dozen countries.

Before becoming a coach, Tom worked in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. As a social entrepreneur, he helped build the Partnership for Public Service. His previous experience includes work at Andersen Consulting, the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Senate and the White House as well.

Additionally, Tom wrote the Federal Coach column for The Washington Post for eight years. As a result, he’s been a regular television guest, and his work has been covered by The New York Times, NBC Nightly News and CNN.
