Culminating in his role as President of John Deere Financial Canada, Phil has over 20 years of progressive leadership and management experience. He has served in a range of roles ranging from business unit leadership, marketing, customer management, credit operations, data management and public affairs. As a result of his diverse roles, Phil learned how to quickly adapt to change, and succeed in role transitions. Through his international assignments in Bangkok, Thailand and Oakville, Canada, he also gained meaningful insights into multicultural work environments. Throughout his career with John Deere, Phil was a servant leader focused on coaching and developing his leaders, fostered a collaborative environment to deliver business results.

He has public sector experience in economic development and banking experience in funds management. Phil also serves on several non-profit boards of directors.
