Michael “Duffy” Dyer, a native of Trinidad & Tobago is a Coach and Business Executive with 45+ years of extensive experience in organizational leadership, management, and leading elite teams across the globe – 14+ years cross-cultural work experience. From the Pentagon to Far East Asia and Antarctica, Duffy has led a myriad of organizations from 5 to 8000+ people.

His passion is contributing to individuals and teams desiring to develop and implement impactful and enduring personal or organizational transformation. He helps them identify and address limitations which create gaps between their current and aspirational states of personal leadership.

Prior to his foray in Leadership Coaching, Duffy spent over 30 years in the US Marines as an aviator with over 6000 flight hours in helicopters and airplanes. He received his Leadership Coaching Certificate at Georgetown University.
