Judy’s leadership development and coaching practice draws upon 20+ years of multi-disciplinary business experience in large organizations (American Express, McKinsey & Company and Goldman Sachs), advisory boards, entrepreneurial endeavors and coaching engagements. Embracing a growth mindset, Judy strongly believes that learning and development are a forever pursuit for every leader — especially at the most senior levels, where outstanding leadership can have an exponential effect on an organization. She’s inspired by leading edge exploration of how changes in the world impact leadership — and how stellar leadership can impact the world. Judy earned an MBA from New York University, is certified through the International Coaching Federation, and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. Based in the New York metropolitan area, Judy relishes travel and spends time connecting the leadership dots in her global practice, supporting a diverse group of coaching clients. Judy believes that the more we know about our world and ourselves, the more harmony and compassion we can create.
