As a coach, I create a safe place of warmth and caring, inviting you to explore challenges and vulnerabilities that are holding you back from being your true self. I have focused my passion, energy, talents, and efforts on coaching clients within the Federal space at the junior to senior level, as well as in commercial and non-profit organizations including those who are homeless, in crisis, experiencing life challenges, or navigating college after aging out of foster care programs.

My 38-year federal career afforded me many opportunities which allowed me to rise through the ranks to senior executive. I led budget, strategic planning, financial management, and learning and development organizations, where I fostered the career development of employees at all levels by providing them with the tools, resources and experiences needed to be successful.
