Claudia de Colstoun is a Leadership Coach and Conflict Resolution expert
based in Washington D.C. She has coached executives in international as
well as local organizations, both in the public and private sectors.  Her areas
of expertise include effective communication, problem-solving, leadership
presence and emotional intelligence. She brings over 30 years of experience
in international development, banking and human resources development.
She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish and has lived
extensively in Latin America, Europe and the United States.

Claudia believes in being fully present for her clients, actively listening to
their needs and help them gain further clarity. She believes in challenging
them so as to help them attain their next level of personal and professional
development, always being mindful of meeting the client where she/he is.

Claudia has a MA in International Relations from George Washington
University, a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College and a certificate
in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.  She also holds a
Certificate in Mediation from Collaborative Decision Resources (CDR). She
serves as board member in several local organizations and is actively
involved in local charities.
