Adam is frequently requested for leadership coaching engagements focusing on leadership presence, influence, leading and developing high performing teams, career advancement, thriving in senior leadership roles, scaling as a strategist leader, executive communications and presentations, leading innovation and change, stakeholder management, thought leadership, building professional brands and portfolios, and leading in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous contexts. Adam’s approaches are grounded in research and evidence-based practice to enable leaders to gain insight, explore, ideate, develop a meta-systemic vision to bring their best to the world, and to transcend themselves and elicit the best from those whose lives they touch.
