Now a combined coaching SaaS-provider and coaching service, Optify founders Pam Krulitz, Kris Carpenter, and Lisa Banks explain the rationale behind this rebrand and expansion, stating that “We want to build upon our mission by enabling other coaching providers and development-minded organizations to expand their capabilities to reach leaders in every seat.”
Three years ago, Optify’s founders set out on a mission: to make coaching a force to develop the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of work, organizations, and the world. The journey opened doors to collaboration with innovative and forward-thinking organizations that are committed to developing their leaders at all levels – and at scale.
As our growing team designed and delivered more expansive programs for our clients, we had to find a way to seamlessly scale coaching to hundreds of leaders without sacrificing the high-touch personalization that is the hallmark of transformational leadership coaching. This led to the creation of our own internal program management platform.
After witnessing our technology’s power firsthand and hearing from companies and coaches alike that we were “on to something big,” we now release that technology to the world.

“There are a lot of coaches – great coaches – who yearn to bring their gifts to the world, but they face a daunting task of creating a business, building a brand, packaging and marketing their services, and scaling to more clients, “ says Krulitz, “All of this spoke to the need for a new delivery tool that provides an innovative way for skilled coaches to put their talents to use. That’s why we created Optify Solo and Optify Teams.”
In addition, Optify’s expansion from a coaching provider to a coaching and SaaS solution has been inspired by our customers, who know that leadership development and internal coaching are critical to business success. “We don’t want to compete with our customers,” says Carpenter, “We’re here to solve their program management problems so they can flex their coaching muscles with our support.
