Joseph Leman is a research psychologist and behavioral scientist specializing in leadership assessment and measurement. With a Ph.D. in social psychology and a minor in statistics, he brings deep expertise in human behavior, psychometrics, and data-driven insight. Joseph is known for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support individual, team, and organizational development.

Lani Van Dusen, Ph.D. | Director of Research and Assessment, Leadership Circle

Lani Van Dusen brings over 30 years of experience in organizational, cultural, and performance assessment. As Director of Research and Assessment at Leadership Circle, she leads global research efforts and the development of innovative tools, including the  BRITE Team Effectiveness Assessment. Lani holds a Ph.D. in experimental psychology and has authored more than 300 technical reports and articles.
