We include assessments in nearly every development experience, chosen to align with the programmatic objectives and individual needs of the participants. Assessments create self-awareness that is the basis for growth, and provide baselines for measuring impact of the development experience.

Our programs are customized to the level of leader of the participants. The blend of learning modalities differs by level, with senior leaders receiving more higher-touch 1:1 coaching experiences provided by senior coaches, and newer leaders receiving more group learning and AI coaching. We also tailor the learning objectives by level based on competency requirements of each level.
