Mushfiqa is a strategic advisor, facilitator, and leadership coach with over a decade of experience supporting founders and entrepreneurs who are committed to building sustainable futures. With experience that spans the globe, from Bhutan to New York, she brings a rich, multicultural perspective to her work. Mushfiqa believes deeply in the power of relationality – how an embodied understanding of the ways we relate with ourselves, others, and our environment can radically shift what’s possible. She combines her background in finance, strategy, and operations with academic training in strategic foresight to help clients develop the essential skills to navigate in uncertainty and step into their fullest expression as leaders. Mushfiqa’s current research is focused on how we can design for multi-scalar (individual, community, society) transformations using an embodied-complexity approach to change.
