Michelle Light, JD, ACC
Optify CoachMichelle started her career focused on systems change; she spent the first twenty years of her professional life as a social nonprofit entrepreneur, attorney, and public servant. Through this multi-faceted experience, she understands the weight of being a leader, whether within a small scrappy organization or a big bureaucratic institution.
Now, Michelle supports individuals and organizations as they’re on their own change journey through 1-on-1 coaching, consulting, and group facilitation. As an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach, her joy comes from helping clients to build awareness, take strategic action, and unleash potential. To her, transformative inner shifts make outward success possible.
Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree from Princeton University; her law degree from NYU School of Law where she was a Root-Tilden-Kern Public Service Scholar; and her executive certification in leadership coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
