Kristen Scott is a 25-year experienced Leadership Development consultant and certified leadership coach. In her coaching work, she uses reflective questions and authentic empathy to navigate not only the path forward with clients (in realizing goals and potential); but the path of what is in the way (limiting assumptions and beliefs). She uses tools and assessments to give clients insights and practical grounding into who they are and what they can bring to their leadership role.

Kristen currently works full time as Senior Talent Manager at Kohler Co. She has experience in various industries and is a former Captain in the United States Air Force (USAF).
