Diego is an Executive Coach with over 200 hours of coaching experience and serves as a co-founder and partner of a growing telemedicine company in Brazil. Prior to his career as coach and entrepreneur, he accumulated 13 years of experience in the banking industry, notably at Santander Bank and Credit Suisse Bank. At Santander, he ascended to a leadership role where he oversaw a team of seven direct reports. During this time, he decided to pursue the Program for Leadership Development (PLD), an Executive MBA alternative, at Harvard to enhance his skills in people management and business. Throughout his professional and personal journey, he has traveled to more than 25 countries, fostering a deep cultural competence that enables him to effectively engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
