With nearly 15 years of experience working in the leadership development industry, Derek has worn many hats including program coordination, assessment services, project management and process improvement. One of his primary roles at Optify is to partner with new clients as they begin using the platform. Derek helps these clients think through implementation, change management and system integrations.

Derek holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Guilford College.
