Ferrara and Optify Earn Three Gold Brandon Hall Excellence Awards for Leadership Development

Leadership development works best when it isn’t treated as a collection of disconnected initiatives; it works when it’s designed as an integrated system.

That’s why we’re especially honored to announce that Ferrara  and Optify have been recognized with three gold Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards, earning recognition in the following categories:

🏆 Gold: Best Leadership Development Program

🏆 Gold: Best Blended Learning Program

🏆 Gold: Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders

The Brandon Hall Excellence Awards are among the most respected honors in the learning and talent development industry, recognizing organizations that demonstrate measurable impact, innovation, and excellence in developing people and improving business outcomes.

While we’re incredibly proud of the recognition itself, what makes these awards especially meaningful is that they weren’t earned by three different programs. They were earned by one integrated leadership development ecosystem, designed in partnership with Ferrara to develop leaders at scale, reinforce learning over time, and create measurable business impact.

One Program. Three Perspectives.

Ferrara’s Manufacturing Leadership Development (MLD) program demonstrates that scale doesn’t have to come at the expense of quality. By combining facilitator-led learning, 1:1 coaching, leadership assessments, on-the-job application, digital reinforcement, and continuous measurement, the organization created a consistent development experience for more than 500 leaders across five levels of leadership at nine manufacturing sites in the U.S., Mexico, and Thailand.

Recognition in three Brandon Hall categories reflects the strength of the overall leadership development strategy. The awards recognize excellence in leadership development, frontline leader development, and blended learning, demonstrating what is possible when organizations invest in a coordinated approach that builds leadership capability across leader levels, manufacturing sites, and geographies.

Leadership Development Is Becoming a System

For years, organizations have invested in coaching, workshops, assessments, and learning technology as separate initiatives.

Increasingly, the organizations seeing the greatest impact are connecting those experiences into a single ecosystem where learning doesn’t end when the workshop does, coaching isn’t limited to a handful of executives, and progress can be measured over time.

That philosophy has shaped how we continue to evolve the Optify platform.

Technology—including AI—is making it possible to extend coaching, reinforce learning in the flow of work, and provide leaders with timely guidance between formal development experiences. At the same time, organizations are demanding better measurement so they can understand what’s working, demonstrate business impact, and continuously improve their leadership strategies.

The Ferrara partnership reflects this evolution: combining people, process, coaching, and technology to create a leadership experience that is both scalable and measurable.

Five Takeaways from an Award-Winning Leadership Program

While every organization’s journey is different, these awards reinforce several trends we’re seeing across leadership development today:

  1. Leadership development is most effective when it’s designed as an ongoing system, not a series of disconnected programs.
  2. Frontline leaders deserve the same level of investment and support as senior leaders.
  3. Blended learning creates stronger outcomes by reinforcing learning through multiple experiences over time.
  4. Measurement matters. Organizations need visibility into participation, engagement, growth, and business impact.
  5. Technology and AI make it possible to scale personalized leadership development without sacrificing quality.

These aren’t just trends. They’re becoming expectations for organizations committed to developing leaders at every level.

Looking Ahead

This recognition would not have been possible without Ferrara’s commitment to rethinking how leadership development can support a global manufacturing workforce. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with an organization willing to invest in its leaders, embrace new approaches, and measure the impact along the way.

Winning three Brandon Hall Excellence Awards is an incredible honor, but we see it as something even more important: validation that leadership development is evolving.

Organizations are moving beyond one-time events and isolated coaching engagements toward connected, measurable, technology-enabled leadership ecosystems that develop leaders continuously.

We’re excited to continue partnering with organizations that are ready to build what’s next.
