Principles developed its suite of tools based on a simple but powerful equation:
What you and those you work with are like + How you are with each other = Your success
With that in mind, Principles set out to enable the measurable development of individuals and teams, at scale. More specifically, they create products that give coaches and other development professionals an evidence-based picture into some of the most important realities individuals and teams face, providing insights that enable them to respond more effectively.
What makes Principles especially impressive is its foundation: the company traces its origins to the work of Ray Dalio and Adam Grant, and today its tools are used by over 2 million people worldwide.
In this webinar, Principles CEO Zack Wieder and his team will introduce their team alignment assessment, PrinciplesUs, as well as their cultural diagnostic tool based on the 5Cs of Team Cohesion and Organizational Culture Model, the Principles Culture Assessment. In addition to an overview of the tools, the team will also share their company’s origin as well as how they partner with coaches who utilize their psychometric tools!
