Challenge

Before Inova found Optify, all internal coaching efforts were carried out manually by a limited team – each coach had around 50 employee ‘clients’. Time-strapped coaches were required to source all of the material for client engagements, and there was no single system in which they could manage and track progress of coaching engagements from start to finish. They also had no visibility over external coaching engagements. 

This lack of visibility meant that Inova’s L&D team couldn’t measure the impact of their coaching programs or track the different types of coaching and programs that were underway across the organization. Without this insight, their ambitions to scale and expand their coaching programs were put on hold. 

Solution 

Inova needed a cost-effective, all-in-one platform for managing coaching programs, and Optify was the ideal solution.
