We normally provide each leader a few coaches to select from, matched based on coaching goals, background, style, timezones, and languages spoken.

Our coaching is focused specifically on leadership development. While our coaching addresses the whole person (including overall wellbeing, emotions, habits, and mindsets), it is in the context of the client’s role as a leader, with development of greater leadership capacity as the overarching goal.
We offer facilitated group learning that is interactive and encourages peer support and feedback, and is normally combined with 1:1 coaching for each participant.
Optify uses a rigorous process to select and train coaches. Many coaches come to us through referrals from our current coaches. We select candidates that have experience as leaders and in developing leaders, as well as coach training and credentials. We interview them to ensure they align with our coaching philosophy and are excited to use our coaching platform to support their engagements. Our thorough onboarding process ensures they can hit the ground running, represent Optify, and deliver according to our high standards.
We first consider the coaches who are a good fit for the context of the coaching engagement—that may mean being certified in the assessments being used, having experience coaching or working in similar organizations or in similar roles. We then match coaches who would be a good fit for the individual participant, based on practicalities such as time zone as well as their respective styles, coaching goals, and personal points of connection.
