What types of coaching do you offer?

Our coaching is focused specifically on leadership development. While our coaching addresses the whole person (including overall wellbeing, emotions, habits, and mindsets), it is in the context of the client’s role as a leader, with development of greater leadership capacity as the overarching goal.

Do you do team or group coaching in addition to 1:1 coaching?

We offer facilitated group learning that is interactive and encourages peer support and feedback, and is normally combined with 1:1 coaching for each participant.

How do you select and vet your coaches?

Optify uses a rigorous process to select and train coaches. Many coaches come to us through referrals from our current coaches. We select candidates that have experience as leaders and in developing leaders, as well as coach training and credentials. We interview them to ensure they align with our coaching philosophy and are excited to use our coaching platform. Our onboarding process ensures they represent Optify and deliver according to our high standards.

How do you match coaches with clients?

We first consider the coaches who are a good fit for the context of the coaching engagement. We then match based on individual needs, time zone, coaching goals, styles, and personal points of connection.
