Diego is an Executive and Leadership Coach holding a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

He worked for 13 years in the banking industry, notably at Santander Bank and Credit Suisse Bank. At Santander, he ascended to a leadership role where he oversaw a team of seven direct reports. During this time, he decided to pursue the Program for Leadership Development (PLD), an Executive MBA alternative, at Harvard Business School (HBS) to enhance his skills in people management and business administration.

Throughout his professional and personal journey, he has traveled to more than 20 countries, fostering a deep cultural competence that enables him to effectively engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Described by his clients as warm, highly observant, objective, and flexible.
