Optify Coaching, founded in 2018, was created as a leadership coaching company on a mission to develop the next generation of leaders to shape the future of work, organizations, and the world. This meant scaling coaching to all levels of leaders across organizations around the world. That’s a tough feat.
Luckily, technology was on our side. In 2019, we developed a custom coaching management system to help us do what we do best, coach. With a clean design and state-of-the-art technology, we were able to systemize our custom-designed coaching programs, build a confidential coach and client portal, integrate learning resources, assessments, and surveys, and show our sponsors tangible results. Optify helps our coaches coach, which ultimately helps leaders lead. And now in 2021, we’ve released it to the world.
